​How This Opportunity Came About

We need to know a property will be available for the duration of a shoot. There are contracts and actors and staff that need to be paid, and equipment that needs to be set up, all well in advance.

This means if a property owner tells us they're about to sell or thinking of selling, we can't take the chance of having to change the venue in the middle of a shoot because the owner no longer has possession of the house or is having an open house that conflicts with our shooting schedule.

​Everything was paid for already, so this would be a disaster costing us a ton of time and money.
